I was trying to find a pair of hanging wire loops for a an older metal frame that I had purchased many years ago.I had removed the loops for another painting frame. I took some photos of the frame where the “channels” were and had a ruler next to it to show how wide it was. Some of my metal frames that I had purchased on the past had channels of various widths. I got an encouraging email back. I phoned the customer service person and was told that there was a set of hardware that might work and that there were only a few left. I ordered the set. It arrived in a day! Keeping my fingers crossed, I slide them into the slot. They worked!!!! I was overjoyed!! I was able to fit the painting into its original frame! It was to be a gift to my son. I wish I had remembered the name of the customer service person. She was so helpful!!!!

Everything was perfect! My frames arrived quickly. Excellent quality. They were well packed. Each set of pieces was clearly labeled and instructions for assembly were clear and easy to follow. I will definitely come back!

First time ordering a frame online. The website was easy to follow. The frame was packaged great and simple to put together. Turned out better than I imagined.

I ordered 3 prints and needed 3 slim gold frames. I liked the bamboo style frames to go with the prints but was told that frame style was out of stock and that I could put it on hold by placing an order but I saw another gold slim frame and decided to try that style instead. I'm glad that I did because my frame order arrived before the prints did. 1 week for the frames, all 3. Nothing wrong with order. Frames were Larson-Jhul a great brand as well. Hey, we can't have everything,right? I'm happy

Quick turnaround and quality work.

3 different frames. all different sizes and materials. Everything was cut perfectly, frames, mats, backer boards and glazing. It all went together just like I wanted.

I have been doing business with American Frame for several years. A large variety of frames for a great price. The ability to upload my artwork is the ultimate tool to ensure that I am framing them exactly the way I want.

If this was the 30 x 40 frame, it fell apart as I lifted it out of the box. Very disappointed.

The wood frame is in good quality, but the mat is not archival, can't use it at all for exhibition...

Everything went well in ordering my frames over the phone, except. When I described a custom mat measurement, I was not asked if it was for a vertical or horizontal mat. Unfortunately, it was cut for a the wrong orientation and could not be used as planned. Also, the website did not prove to be usable for ordering frames from my experience.
